We have been principals in the real estate business for over 35 years.

We Own

• 8 properties in San Antonio (6 shopping centers, 1 mixed retail/office property, and 1 office property)
• 3 properties in Houston (1 shopping center and Burger King/Strip Center)
• 7 properties in the Greater New York City area

Our Acquisition Criteria:

We are seeking properties in our existing markets. Our portfolio is currently
concentrated around three major metropolitan area markets: New York City,
San Antonio and Houston. Our strategy is to continue increasing our property
purchases in our home markets and reaching out to new areas within Texas
and the New York tri-state region.

Management Team:

We self manage all the properties in our portfolio. All real estate management and development decisions are controlled through our New York City office.
